According to J.P. Morgan\u2019s recently released\u00a0Startup Insights report<\/a>, Miami ranks eighth in the country for early-stage venture deal count \u2013 up four spots over the last decade. The market\u2019s median pre-money valuation has doubled over the past five years, from $8.5 million to $17.5 million.<\/p>\n

To help keep that growth going by bolstering Miami\u2019s entrepreneurship ecosystem,\u00a0JPMorganChase<\/a>\u00a0has committed $200,000 to support\u00a0Northeastern University\u2019s Miami Innovation Academy<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Next Level X Northeastern<\/a>\u00a0programs on the university\u2019s recently opened Miami campus.<\/p>\n
