Provost’s Diversity Recruitment Forums: Fostering Institutional Diversity; Addressing Fit

In light of President Aoun’s directive to search committees, the Office of the Provost invites search committee members to engage in a frank conversation about how to more effectively increase diversity at Northeastern University. We will discuss ongoing challenges, share lessons and best practices, learn about available resources, and strategize on how to expand candidate pools and improve the yield of diverse faculty.
