Promoting an Inclusive Faculty Search

Discuss university goals and the work of peer institutions to adopt best practices that effectively promote an inclusive faculty search, specifically at Northeastern.
Search committees are strongly encourages to attend these meetings in addition to a STRIDE workshop. While STRIDE focuses on evidence-based strategies to mitigate unconscious bias in the faculty search process, these forums focus on Northeastern-specific goals and best practices.
