ADVANCE Faculty Networks (AFN)

AFN is a year-long program where faculty and staff join with a group of colleagues to develop professionally and cultivate connections. The AFN groups will meet monthly throughout the academic year.

Facilitators will guide each AFN group through enriching, engaging dialogues that foster professional growth.

A variety of role- and topic-based groups will be offered. In-person, hybrid, and virtual options are available to meet the diverse needs of faculty and staff throughout the global campuses.

The AFNs for the 2025-2026 academic year will be announced in April. Applications for the 2025-2026 academic year will open soon.

To Participate:

  1. Review the group offerings to identify a group you are interested in
  2. Complete the application
  3. Confirm you are committed to sustained participation in your AFN group
