Toolkit workshops focus on leadership, high functioning teams, communication across various stakeholders, and the launch of the team Cohort Challenge. These workshops include opportunities for discussions with Provost Bean, Deans and Vice Provosts. Breakfast begins at 8:30am with the program beginning promptly at 9:00am.
PreWork:
- Complete a very brief pre-program survey by Monday, April 30.
- Complete the online Strengths Finder assessment and email your top 5 strengths to Erinn at e.taylordebarroso@northeastern.edu by April 30. The Strengths Finder book has been delivered to your departmental campus mailbox. It is a short read and the online assessment code is in the back of the book. Feel free to take the assessment before you review the 34 strengths.**If you will be off campus and unable to retrieve your Strengths Finder book, email e.taylordebarroso@northeastern.edu to have a book shipped to you or access code emailed.

Each meeting includes a short workshop on how the university works led by a leader from the area. Additionally, these dedicated times give ReDI Cohort Challenge teams time to work together.

Workshop on effective presentation and communication skills. In preparation for the January presentations to the Provost’s Leadership Team, each Cohort Challenge team gives a presentation practice run and receives feedback. All ReDI participants are invited to listen to all presentations at this workshop. **times subject to change once teams are assigned. If you have a time constraint, let Kathleen know.

December 14 from 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm, reception following in the Alumni Center
ReDI teams present outcomes from their Cohort Challenge projects to the Provost’s Leadership Team. This is an opportunity to share insights and make recommendations to academic leaders. A reception will follow.
*White Papers are due to Erinn by Friday, December 7 in order to circulate to the Provost’s Leadership Team. Teams will send presentation slides no later than the day before the presentations to Erinn Taylor de Barroso, e.taylordebarroso@northeastern.edu.
