Mentoring begins upon entry

Northeastern University is committed to the success of each faculty member and provides faculty members with many avenues for connecting with formal and informal mentorship. Mentoring begins upon entry through the New Faculty Orientation and continues throughout a faculty member’s academic career to retirement. Described in these pages are the multi-layered and diverse opportunities provided faculty to support their finding colleagues and connecting them to academic resources.

These opportunities represent the University level of support, however there are also many mentoring opportunities offered at the department and college levels. We welcome your feedback, ideas, and engagement in faculty mentoring programs.
