Introducing faculty to each other

ADVANCE hosts regular mentoring discussions to introduce faculty to each other and to Northeastern culture. These events include a series of conversations featuring faculty panels on topics that support faculty members’ professional development. The ADVANCE Events Calendar lists this semester’s discussions. The program goals include:

Connecting faculty to each other and to career information
Providing opportunities to learn about university processes
Arranging a time for faculty to discuss topics that affect career satisfaction and advancement
